1. Introduction

By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Overview

FutureTechUpdates24 offers luxury yacht charter services, which include but are not restricted to:

• Day-long yacht rentals
• Evening cruises
• Business retreats
• Exclusive events
• Extended charters

All offerings are dependent on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue offerings at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

In order to reserve a charter, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Submit accurate and complete information
• Make the required deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
• Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only after the successful processing of payment and our issuance of a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings are subject to the availability of vessels and appropriate weather conditions. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor your preferred dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are stated in € and include taxes unless noted otherwise. Fee structures are subject to alteration without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost is due when you book
• Full Payment: Must be made 48 hours prior to the charter’s start
• Incidental Expenses (if applicable): Payable after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

Major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks are accepted. Payments are processed using secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Earlier than 72 hours before departure: Full refund excluding transaction fees
• Between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund is available

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If weather conditions are determined to be unsafe by our captain, options provided will include:

• Rescheduling to the next open date without additional charges
• A full refund when rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should mechanical difficulties arise with your designated vessel, we'll make an effort to supply an equivalent substitute. If no substitute is available, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

• Adhere to all instructions from the crew
• Utilize provided safety gear when required
• Disclose any medical conditions affecting their safety
• Stay within the designated areas of the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed on board:

• Glass items
• Illicit substances
• Firearms or weapons
• Excessive amounts of beverages (beyond reasonable quantities)
• Pet animals (without prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. If behavior threatens safety or affects the enjoyment of others, the charter may be terminated with no refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are liable only up to the cost of your charter. Not covered by us are:

• Injuries arising from personal neglect
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Indirect or subsequent losses or penalties
• Delays due to weather or uncontrollable factors

7.2 Insurance Coverage

FutureTechUpdates24 holds comprehensive marine insurance policies for our boats and operations. It's your responsibility to acquire individual travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services implies acknowledging the innate hazards involved in marine activities and you willingly agree to take personal responsibility for your security and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itinerary, routes, or timetables may be adjusted due to meteorological conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs. Every effort will be made to ensure a comparable alternative experience is provided.

9. Force Majeure

We are not answerable for delays, cancellations, or changes stemming from events beyond our control, which include but are not limited to:

• Intense weather conditions
• Natural catastrophes
• Governmental ordinances
• Terminal shutdowns
• Vehicle failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Engaging our services implies consenting to the accumulation and application of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials on our site, including texts, visuals, trademarks, and photos, are under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or modification is not permitted without our explicit consent.

These Terms are subject to the laws of France. Any legal actions are to be adjudicated in the courts with jurisdiction in Nice, France.
